Offering high quality SEO content can also be considered a form of link building because high quality content will eventually lead to other websites offering a link to your own site. Sometimes referred to as linkbait this form of link building is the one method that search engines would rather see. In reality, though, it would prove impossible to rely solely on this method of building SEO links because without any traffic in the first place it would be impossible to generate any links.

Finding link partners will become the more labour intensive aspect of an SEO campaign and one that needs to be conducted on a long term, ongoing basis.
