Here is the sequel to “Set The Google Juices Lose” all about link building. So far we have discussed what type of link building to avoid, such as reciprocal linking, paid linking and blog commenting spamming. Now let’s look at the types of link building which are worthwhile.

Let’s start with press releases. There are a number of press release site on the web some which are free and some which you pay for, these are primarily used by reporters to get the latest hot topic for their articles online and off. Press releases can have a massive effect on your marketing campaign and create a viral effect around the web and in print. Here are a few things to remember when writing a press release: keep the word count down, having a thousand word of text is not an incentive for some to read your post, always remember the 5 W: Who, What, were, when and why. Images can also help remember an image can say a thousand words. The main thing to remember when doing a press release is to keep it interesting and unique.

Next on the list for get link is directory submission this is a great way of get links, just don’t go overboard and make sure you only uses quality directory such as yahoo or Dmoz.

My finally tip for the day is getting links though the social aspect of the web, though blogs and blog linking, build up friends in a community and interact with them leave useful comments and link and soon it will create a reciprocal effect not to be confused with reciprocal link as many of the people in your community will link to your but you many not link but another member of the community.
