Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Specialists

Finding Your UK Search Engine Optimizer

Organic and inorganic search engine optimizer

There are two main types of search engine optimizers. The organic one being SEO companies that are staffed with SEO consultants that will assist you with your SEO marketing campaign.

Subsequently, there is the inorganic one, which is basically an SEO program that assists you in the analysis, and various other aspects of your SEO campaign. If you are the one that will be overseeing the entire process, then an SEO program would be helpful. However, if you are too busy with other areas of your business then ensure to hire an SEO consultant to help you with the work. Once again, depending on the budget you may have, you may hire a single or a team of SEO experts.

Your SEO tool

There are three types of SEO programs: offsite, onsite and a combination of both. The onsite programs will assist you in optimizing the website so that the search engines can recognize and index it properly. This includes keyword optimization in the contents of the websites and various tags. On the other hand Offsite programs focuses on the other areas of the Internet through link building and article submission optimization.

In general the SEO tools include niche finders, keyword analyzers, SEO blogging tools, traffic analyzers and link generation tools. Thus, depending on where the focus of your SEO campaign lies, you may opt for the SEO tool that best suit your needs. Since there are so many SEO tools available online, be sure to make use of one that is reliable.

This means that they must come from reliable sources such as Google. Furthermore, unless the source is reliable be sure to avoid free software because they can be detrimental to your campaign due to spyware and adware installations (without your consent of course).

SEO consultants

  • If you are looking for a SEO consultant or SEO company there are a few things to bear in mind during the interview.
  • Their own website should be optimized and ranking relatively high
  • Have a look at their portfolios and look for the optimized website yourself to check their claims.
  • You may even phone the companies listed in the portfolio to quell your suspicions.
  • Be wary of SEO companies that promise you a high ranking position (such as No. 1 on Google) in a short time. Although it may be tempting but it is most likely a scam. This is because they will make use of unethical SEO techniques that will get you to the top spot but soon after your website will be banned. Consequently you will lose all the work and customer loyalty and trust.
  • Check out their attire, attitudes and body language. This should give you an indication as to the kind of person they are and if you are able to work with them.
  • Finally, be sure to have some knowledge of SEO so that you may question them and understand when they answer your questions.
